Iris Chum brings over two decades of leadership in the luxury property sector, with a distinguished track record in sales and leasing, strategic planning, client engagement, and team development. As Partner – Client Services & Strategies at PTM, Iris oversees strategic property and advisory initiatives with a focus on bespoke solutions for high-net-worth clients, investors, and family offices navigating the dynamic real estate landscapes of Hong Kong and beyond.

 

Prior to joining PTM, Iris held a senior leadership position at Engel & Völkers in Hong Kong, where she played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding the firm’s presence in the high-end residential market. She joined the firm in 2008 and swiftly rose through the ranks, being appointed Sales Director in 2012 and subsequently Executive Director – Sales and Leasing in 2016. Under her guidance, the company consistently achieved record-breaking results in the prestigious Mid-Levels and Peak districts, earning her industry recognition as one of the top-performing sales leaders.

 

Iris's expertise lies not only in real estate transactions but also in talent development and operational excellence. She was instrumental in mentoring and upskilling her sales teams, offering technical, legal, and strategic support to ensure best-in-class service and regulatory compliance. Her leadership was marked by a blend of commercial acumen and empathetic team management, cultivating a performance culture grounded in professionalism and trust.
