Founded in Hong Kong by Dr Peter J. Chum, PTM is a boutique coaching and business consultancy supported by a multidisciplinary team of academics and seasoned practitioners. Our mission is to empower organisations and individuals to realise their full potential by fostering a coaching culture rooted in operational excellence, leadership clarity, and strategic foresight. This purpose drives everything we do.
We work with senior leaders and teams across Hong Kong, Greater China, Singapore, and other Asian cities to accelerate achievements, resolve challenges, and co-create purposeful change. From high-performance environments to periods of organisational transition, our role is to serve as trusted partners in learning, growth, and transformation.
Our work is grounded in academic research—including in cross-cultural coaching—and informed by real-world experience. We have designed and delivered bespoke programmes for clients across Financial Services, Retail, Telecom, IT, Manufacturing, Education, Healthcare, and Government Services. In each engagement, we bring a deep understanding of the client's business context and leadership landscape.
